1. Program Fees:
   • All coaching programs and services are offered at a predetermined fee, which will be communicated during the registration process.
   • The pricing may vary depending on the duration, type of coaching (1-on-1 or group), and specific offerings, such as masterclasses or challenges.
2. Payment Methods:
   • We accept payments via credit/debit card, UPI, online bank transfers, and select payment gateways.
   • All fees must be paid in full before the start of the program unless a specific payment plan has been agreed upon.
3. Payment Plans (if applicable):
   • We may offer installment plans for certain high-ticket programs. The details of the payment schedule will be provided at the time of registration.
   • Clients opting for payment plans must adhere to the agreed-upon deadlines. Failure to do so may result in suspension or cancellation of participation.
4. Late Payments:
   • A late fee of 5% may be charged if payments are not received by the agreed-upon due date.
   • Continued failure to make timely payments will result in removal from the program with no refund for the amount already paid.
5. Refunds:
   • All payments made for coaching services and digital products are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
   • In case of unforeseen circumstances, a credit may be applied toward future coaching sessions or programs at our discretion.

Refund Policy for Digital Products

We do not issue refunds for digital products once the order is confirmed and the product has been delivered.

Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

Client-Initiated Cancellations

🚫 Cancellation Requests
If you wish to cancel your enrollment, please notify us at least 7 days prior to the start of the program to avoid any charges.
📅 Late Cancellations
Cancellations made within 7 days of the program start will forfeit the registration fee. No refunds or credits will be provided.

Rescheduling of Sessions

🔄 One-on-One Coaching Sessions
Clients may reschedule individual coaching sessions with at least 24 hours' notice. If notice is not provided, the session will be marked as completed.
👥 Group Coaching Programs & Masterclasses
These sessions cannot be rescheduled, and missed sessions will not be compensated.

Program Adjustments

We may reschedule or cancel any program due to unforeseen circumstances. If this occurs, participants will be promptly notified and offered the choice to transfer to a future program or receive a full refund.

Force Majeure

🌪 Uncontrollable Events
In the case of events beyond our control—such as natural disasters or government restrictions—that affect program delivery, we will make every effort to reschedule. However, no refunds will be provided under these conditions.

No-Show Policy

🚫 Missed Sessions
If a client misses a session without prior notice, the session will be considered completed. No refund or rescheduling will be offered.
